As the moon's reflection shines upon
the sleeping lake, I remember; once
I believed the moon lived beneath this
body of water. The trees have been
swaying along the stormy breeze.

Of Death

As I gaze upon the setting sun
and burning sky, the darkness begun
to swallow what's left of the morning
and leave the heavens with watching souls
that twinkle brightly, guiding our way.

Of Destiny

As I watch the clouds flowing along
the stream of azure, I feel a throng
of a thousand raging ocean breeze
forcing me to stand up and follow.
The remains of the ocean wall stands strong.

Of Pain

I stared at the horizon and saw
a mountain being slowly shaved off
its hair. I can hear its tormenting
screams; they pierce through this body of mine
like a javelin impaling my torso.

Of Beginnings

I hear the dropping of the first dew
The scent of wet grass making the view
a panoramic backdrop. My soul
feels like a freshly polished gemstone.
The clouds are busy sleeping today.

Of Attraction

As I watch the trees swaying along
the breath of the earth, the nature's song
fills the air; a beautiful, mellow
melody, lifting your senses up
to a place where the heavens smile.

Of Life

I hike downstream beside the river
Its sudden falls and sudden turns bear
hindering rocks and vast crevasses
At the end, every river droplet
is embraced by the mother ocean.

Of Support

As I walk along this cold pavement,
the stars begin to cry; amazement
begins to swallow my emotions
as I understand the clouds' notion
of covering up the teary stars' faces.
