He stood on the sidewalk, leaning on the metal railings used to block off people during concerts. He watched people walking by, glancing at him for a moment, then turning their face away, as if hiding a snicker.

"Ah, bahala sila sa buhay nila." he thought.It was unavoidable. People were already accustomed to ridiculing his getup.

His brightly colored cap, which was unusually tall, stood out from the hustle and bustle of the morning crowd. It's as if it was his way of telling his friends where he was located.

He then took out his cellphone and texted a friend of his. "d2 n aQ. wEr kAu???"

Today, like yesterday and the day before that, a concert will be held on the place where he is currently standing. And today, like the previous days, he will attend the concert as well. He was proud of his perfect attendance, which stretched back as far as a few years ago, and he was not about to miss one just because his friend was running late.

"Ang tagal naman nila! 6pm ang usapan namin ah. Hindi na nga ako nagmerienda para lang hindi ako ma-late!" he thought.

It was true. He skipped on his afternoon snack just to be on time, and for that, he was feeling hunger pangs.

He then glanced sideways and noticed a small cart selling streetfood. The smoke coming from the cart carried a familiar scent, prompting him to pocket his cellphone and walk towards the enticing aroma.

"Maka-isaw nga muna."

Time for another Grillin' Pablo Update!

This time around, I won't be posting about a new equipment on the store. I will be writing about Grillin' Pablo's plans, or future updates. (Roadmap).

Here is the current proposed plan: (it's not official yet, so this will be our little secret :P)

Version 1.2

• New equipments (such as the ones I posted before)
• New items and improvements on the Endless modes
• Facebook and Twitter integration
• iPod touch and iPhone support (though it will have different controls)

Version 1.3

• Weekly updates on new Levels
• Weekly updates on new Customers

Time for another Grillin' Pablo Equipment Update, it is! Proud to present to you the GrillHolder Deluxe 5000 I am! Yeesssssss.

Outlined in red, the new equipment is. Herh herh herh.

Never have to worry about your isaws or betamaxes getting burnt on the grill ever again, you will! This revolutionary piece of equipment automatically scans your grill and detects all cooked foodstuffs. It then places all the cooked ones on the shelf, of the food being burnt removing the possibility. Yes, hmmm.

This revolutionary piece of equipment slightly alters the thinking process of nearby customers by sending out FengShui waves of unexplainable origin, planting a thought deep inside their subconscious (ala Inception), and prompting them to leave an extra tip! (TLDR: Customers leave more money.)

Grillin Pablo: Equipment Update - S.H.O.R.T.S.

Time for another Grillin' Pablo equipment update!

Have you ever gotten annoyed by those Celebrities' cries of impatience? ("Manong, where's my order?!") Or bothered by those low-pitched scowls of the Emotional Ogres? ("Tagal naman!")

Well, say goodbye to those exasperating sounds and say "Hello!" to the Short-ranged High-pitched Optimal Radio Transceiver System! (or S.H.O.R.T.S. for short)

This nifty device, when turned on, plays a soothing melody that is sure to make your customers more patient. However, it has a short battery life, and so it only plays in 20 second intervals*. When it turns off, you must tap it again in order to turn it on. But what's a little tap here and there when you can relax and see your customers be happier for a little bit? Amirite?
